The Hotel is owned by the KenCal Ownership, LLC. KenCal
(Kennedy Association) is a hotel management company
based in Seattle, Washington. It is a highly conscientious
hotel owner. The Hotel has gone through a $60 million
dollar renovation and reopen as a new modernist hotel.
Since its reopen, it has almost always fully occupied by
higher-end business travellers and prosperous families.
